We perform valuation assignments on all types of residential properties, from vacant lots, rural acreages and single-family dwellings to multi-dwelling and high value ocean front estates. We are fascinated by the boldness of new design, the charm of old architecture, classic period dwellings, innovation, and renovation opportunities. We are at the forefront of emerging market trends.
Richard Widdowson, CRA, P.App is a principal of the firm. He has been appraising residential real estate in Greater Victoria since 1992. He is the lead appraiser, and has provided direct supervision and mentorship to our team of appraisers over many years. He works throughout Greater Victoria. Richard is a graduate of the Urban Economics and Geography program from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
Tara Jones, CRA – Retired.
Ursula Bates, CRA has worked in various capacities for us since 1997. She has been appraising since 1982. She now works with us on occasion in a review and mentorship role.
